What is AzEIP?

RISE Pediatric Therapies (RPT) is proud to be an AzEIP provider. We serve Mesa, Surprise, Tucson, and their surrounding areas in Arizona. Contact us at (480) 295-4925 for more information or get started now.

How AzEIP Works

Initiate a referral through the AzEIP website. If your child is eligible for this free program, they will be assigned a Team Lead and a team of early intervention professionals who will walk alongside your family, providing the services your child needs to succeed in life. We use a team-based, routine-based model and a coaching interaction style to equip parents and caregivers to support their child.

  • We meet in-home or in a community location, working within your established schedule and routines to model skills and behaviors.
  • Visits are dependent on the desired outcomes, family priorities and concerns, and team member recommendations. You are the expert on your child, so you play an important role in the plan development and on the team.
  • You practice the skills at home during your natural routines and activities. It feels like play to your child, but we teach evidence-based, proven therapies.
  • We offer flexible, activity-based (FAB) scheduling based on the need and targeted skill.

*Please keep in mind, we don’t offer diagnoses, and your child does not need a diagnosis to receive therapy.
