Speech & Language Therapy

Infant & Toddler Speech & Language Therapy

As a provider for AzEIP, we support speech and language development in infants and toddlers from birth to age 3. We assess your child based on milestones and target critical expressive and receptive language skills. Should your child need any help with drinking and eating, we offer feeding therapy so your child is safe and well-nourished.

Pediatric Speech & Language Therapy

Through our TDD clinic, we offer speech & language therapy in Arizona for children from birth to young adulthood who don’t qualify for these services under AzEIP. We work on developmental skills such as articulation, language therapy, voice therapy, and fluency. We also offer pediatric feeding therapy in Arizona to assist with any difficulties and facilitate transitions to a wider food palette.

Occupational Therapy

Infant & Toddler Occupational Therapy

As part of our AzEIP program, our OT early intervention service in Arizona targets fine motor skills and sensory processing issues in little ones from birth to age 3. We also provide feeding therapy for those children who have a hard time making the adjustment from bottle or breast feeding to a cup or eating solid food.

Pediatric Occupational Therapy in Arizona

We also offer pediatric OT through our TDD clinic. Not sure if your child needs help? If you believe a developmental delay or feeding delay is affecting your child’s activities, daily routines, or development, we can help. We often teach skills through active play, so we make learning fun.

Physical Therapy

Infant & Toddler Physical Therapy

Physical therapy for early intervention in Arizona helps young ones to meet milestones in overall physical function. We work on skills that promote stability, endurance, and motor development.

Pediatric Physical Therapy

Our TDD pediatric physical therapy program works on developing the gross and fine motor skills children need in both daily life and to participate in sports programs. We help kids catch up on any milestone delays as we work on skills like running, jumping, climbing stairs, coordination, and so on.

Developmental Special Instruction

DSI is offered through AzEIP and supports families by providing specialized knowledge of child development and interaction. The program helps little ones progress through their milestones and focuses on guiding children to successfully engage in everyday activities, routines, and relationships.

Service Coordination

Service coordination is a hallmark of our AzEIP program. Every family elligible for AzEIP is given a service coordinator who is your first point of contact. Your coordinator explains the program, your rights, funding, the team-based model, and coaching. Throughout your stay in the program, they are available to answer questions and provide you with the resources you need.

Caregiver & Parent Coaching

At RISE Pediatric Therapies, we use a coaching style that recognizes that parents and caregivers are the foundation of their child’s learning and development. We’ve found that children make the best progress when parents, caregivers, and therapists work together at home and in other natural settings, using trusted therapy techniques.

Certified Dynamic Movement Intervention

DMI is a movement-based instruction offered in our TDD program that uses current research on neurorehabilitation, technologies, and methodologies. The goal is for a child’s movements to become more automatic and efficient.
