RISE Pediatric Therapies offers a variety of therapies designed to help your child thrive in everyday life. We use a routine-based approach and incorporate parent/caregiver interaction to promote development. We’ve found that children do best when their parents and caregivers are an active part of their team.

Speech & Language Therapy

Every child has their own timetable as they develop speech and language skills throughout childhood. However, if you feel your child may be delayed, our speech and language pathologists can evaluate your child. If we see any delays, we offer specialized therapy for kids to help them reach age-appropriate milestones.

Occupational Therapy

An occupational therapist specializes in developmental therapy for kids pertaining to fine motor skills and sensory processing skills. These skills are important for academic success and self-care. Therapy is woven seamlessly into your everyday activities and routines.

Physical Therapy

Children who have developmental gaps in skills involving the large and small muscle groups of the body benefit from physical therapy. Therapy can help them improve their balance, coordination, strength, endurance, and muscle tone. This makes participating in sports and the activities of daily life much more intuitive.

Certified Dynamic Movement Intervention

DMI is a cutting-edge therapy that seeks to improve a child’s mobility by taking advantage of the brain’s neuroplasticity. With the help of a DMI therapist, the child performs guided movement patterns to encourage more automatic responses.
